Welcome to our store! Because we operate on a Print-on-Demand model, each item is custom-printed just for you after you place your order. This means your order goes through two phases: Fulfillment (making the item) and Shipping (delivery).

Fulfillment Times
It takes 2 to 5 business days to create your custom product.

- Apparel items (t-shirts, hoodies) typically take 2–5 days.
- Non-apparel items (mugs, posters, phone cases) typically take 2–3 days.
- Note: Fulfillment time is completely separate from shipping time.

Once your item is printed and packaged, it is handed over to a carrier. Average shipping times depend on your location:

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your package ships. If your order contains different types of items (such as a mug and a t-shirt), they may ship in separate packages from different facilities. Do not worry if one item arrives before the other.

Customs and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your destination country. Customers are responsible for all customs fees. We cannot control or predict these charges, and they are not included in our shipping costs.

Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
If a carrier cannot deliver a package because you provided an incorrect address, or if you fail to claim the package from the local post office, it will be automatically returned to the facility.
